What is included in a house wash?

We generally offer two different types of house wash.

Premium SoftWash: The Spark house washing team will to do a walk around the property to ensure the house is ready for washing. Power points / electrical switches will be checked / taped up if necessary. Plants will be watered before applying our SoftWash solution. The house washed using our Soft Washing system, without high pressure and rinsed from exterior of the gutters to the ground including a wash of external screens, and plants watered again. Finally a soft brush and purified water will be used on exterior windows to remove any over spray from glass and frames.

Basic SoftWash: The Spark house washing team will to do a walk around the property to ensure the house is ready for washing. Power points / electrical switches will be checked / taped up if necessary. Plants will be watered before applying our SoftWash solution. The house washed using our Soft Washing system, without high pressure and rinsed from exterior of the gutters to the ground including a wash of external screens, and plants watered again. Windows will be rinsed well with water. Some of our customers already have a trusted window cleaner that will take care of the windows, and this is usually the reason for choosing the basic option.

NB. Brick homes are washed in the same manor. If you would like high pressure cleaning of brick or specific brick restoration please mention this to us immediately.
