Roof Washing after Fire
I have spoken with the Southern Downs Regional Council and they have a plan. It is free for homes effected by the bushfires. Please register with the council 1300 MYSDRC as this is a free service.
The plan is just to remove surface dust, ash and debris. So if you would like a more intensive clean, feel free to contact us.
The recent bushfires here on the Granite Belt have seen some roofs contaminated with ash, debris and fire retardants.
It has been a tough year, and while our business was forced to close some months ago as a result of the drought, we have a backup machine specifically for this task, ready to go right now. We also still retain current;
- Work Safely at Heights
- $10M Public Liability Insurance
- National Police Check
We appreciate what locals have been going through as we too were required to evacuate with our kids on Friday night, spending a few days in Brisbane. We can't thank our Rural Fire Service and local Police enough. Friends and neighbours came out and looked after our animals and with our house on Ellwood Road safe, all we lost was the food in our fridge and freezer.
With that in mind we will make this service as affordable as possible. It is important to provide your address as we will need to use software to measure your roof, and a site visit may also be required prior to quoting.
